Smart City Apartments – Our New Year’s Resolutions for 2017

new-years-resolutions2017 is finally upon us, and that can only mean one thing: Time to set those New Year’s resolutions.

For some, it may be finally picking up that new hobby they’ve always wanted to try. For others, it may be putting down a bad habit, or even losing a few pounds. For the Smart City Apartments team, our own resolutions all revolve around one thing:

Improving the service, we offer to guests at our five Central London apartment locations.

Building on another Memorable Year

In 2016, we were truly grateful to receive so much positive feedback from our guests. Throughout the course of the year, you told us all the things you love about our apartments; the generous space, the elegant, contemporary decor, and, of course, our complimentary Wifi.

At the same time, you also told us about the things you feel we could be doing better; the things we could improve on to add even more comfort and convenience to your stay with us.

It’s those things which form the heart of our New Year’s resolutions which, in 2017, include all of the following:

Spend More Time Listening to Our Guests

If listening to your feedback was one of the one thing that helped us to make 2016 such a memorable year for both our team and our guests, it goes without saying that this is the first thing we should resolve to do more of in 2017.

As such, we’ll be aiming to listen to more of your feedback, to spend more time talking to you about the things you value most when choosing a Central London apartment, and ultimately to develop a better relationship with each guest that books with us.

Deliver a More Personalised Service at Each of Central London locations

serviced-apartmentBy spending more time listening to you about your expectations of us, and by building better, stronger relationships with you, we believe that we’ll get to know you a lot more.

As such, we’ll be in a position to tailor our services to suit your exact accommodation requirements.

Whether you’re staying at our Oxford Street serviced apartments in Soho as part of a London theatre break, or joining us for an extended stay at our corporate accommodation in Canary Wharf, we aim to do more to improve the home-away-from-home experience that we’ve built our reputation on.
